The log file is stored at a specific location depending on your platform:

Windows: 

C:\Users\[USERNAME]\Documents\World Creator\Versions\[VERSION]\log.txt

In that folder you will also find backups of a crashed project.

Product Name is the name that appears in the title bar of the World Creator application.
