Please make sure you haven't accidently copied any empty spaces. Also, double check if the entered information is correct. Remember not to use your World Creator account login credntials but your seat login credentials. The account is used to manage seats and more whereas the seat is used to activate and run the software. More information about account and seat management can be found here.
